I am so excited to have you joining us and I look forward to getting into the course material.
If you will be starting the meal planning/prepping section with us, I would suggest downloading that now and aim to start that on Monday.
Otherwise, I look forward to seeing you on Sunday at 7 pm MDT for our live question and answer session. If you have any questions – don’t hesitate to e-mail me or drop a comment in the comment section.
Everyone has different areas that they want or need to improve upon. For instance, if you are rocking the exercise and movement piece – no need to be tracking that unless you’d like to! You may want to focus on mindset or sleep or whatever areas you discover are the biggest challenges for you and your health.
